How To Upload Content (PDF, Word, PPT, Excel) in Skolasti

Step 1: Log In to Your Skolasti Dashboard

Begin by logging in to your Skolasti account using your email and password. Once logged in, you’ll arrive at your dashboard.

Step 2: Open the Creation Hub

From the main menu, click on Creation HUB. This is where you create and manage all types of learning content.

Step 3: Go to Studio

Inside the Creation Hub, click on Studio. The Studio is where you upload and manage your media and documents.

Step 4: Choose Your Upload Source

Click on the upload option and select “My Device.” This allows you to upload files directly from your computer.

Step 5: Choose and Upload Your File

Click on “Choose File” and select a document in PDF, Word, Excel, or PPT format from your device. Once selected, click on Upload to start the upload process.

Step 6: Add a Title

After the file uploads, enter a clear and descriptive title for your document. This helps learners easily understand what the content is about.

Step 7: Select a Category

Choose a relevant category for your document (for example, Technology). Categories make it easier to organize and find content later.

Step 8: Set the Document Level

Select the appropriate document level to indicate who the content is meant for (such as beginner, intermediate, or advanced).

Step 9: Add a Description

Enter a short description explaining what the document covers and how it will help learners.

Step 10: Highlight Skills Covered

Add a few points describing the skills or knowledge areas the uploaded document will help learners develop.

Step 11: Save and Finish

Once everything looks good, click Save. Your document will be successfully uploaded and ready to be used in your academy.
