How to Set Up Certificate Templates in Skolasti

Step 1: Open Your Skolasti Dashboard

Start by logging in to your Skolasti account. Once you’re logged in, you’ll land on the dashboard where all your academy settings are available.

Step 2: Go to Settings

From the dashboard menu, click on Settings. This is where you manage platform‑wide configurations for your academy.

Step 3: Select Certificate Template

Inside Settings, find and click on Certificate Template. This section allows you to manage how certificates appear for your courses.

Step 4: Choose Your Certificate Design

Browse through the available certificate templates and select the one that best matches your academy’s style and branding.

Step 5: Upload Coach’s Signature

Click on “Upload File” to upload the digital signature of the coach or instructor who will be issuing the certificate. Make sure the file is clear and professional, as it will appear on every certificate.

Step 6: Add Certificate Description

Enter a meaningful certificate description. This text usually explains what the learner has achieved and adds context to the certification.

Step 7: Save Your Changes

Once everything looks good, click Save to apply your certificate settings.
