Update Your Course Content in Minutes: A Step-by-Step Guide
Keeping your courses up-to-date is important for delivering the best learning experience. With Skolasti, editing your course is simple and quick. Let’s walk through the process together:
Step 1: Navigate to Your Academy Login Page
Start by opening the login page for your academy. This is where you’ll access your Skolasti account.
Step 2: Log In to Your Skolasti Account
Enter your email and password, then click Login. Once you’re in, you’ll land on your dashboard.
Step 3: Go to the Creation Hub
On your dashboard, look for the Creation HUB option in the menu. Click it to access all your content creation tools.
Step 4: Open the Content Library
Inside the Creation Hub, you’ll see several options. Click on Content Library—this is where all your courses and learning materials are stored.
**Step 5: Select “Courses”
From the Content Library, click on Courses to view the list of courses you’ve created.
Step 6: Choose the Course You Want to Edit
Scroll through your list and find the course you want to update. For example, if you’re editing “Sample Course,” click on its name to open the course details.
Step 7: Edit the Course Title
If you need to change the course title, simply click on the title field and update it.
Step 8: Update the Description
Next, review the course description. Make any changes to ensure it accurately reflects your content and objectives.
Step 9: Access the Curriculum Section
Click on Curriculum to manage the lessons and structure of your course.
Step 10: Add New Information
Here, you can add new lessons, topics, or any additional details that enhance your course.
Step 11: Edit Details as per requirement
Step 11: Upload Documents
Need to include supporting materials? Click Choose File to upload documents, PDFs, or other resources. You can upload multiple files if needed.
Step 12: Remove Unnecessary Lessons
If there are lessons you no longer need, select the lesson and click Delete Lesson. Confirm by clicking Delete.
Click on "Delete"
Step 13: Save Your Changes
Once you’ve made all your edits, click Save to ensure your updates are stored.
Step 14: Publish Your Course
Finally, review your course to make sure everything looks good. When you’re ready, click Publish Course to make the changes live for your learners.
