Getting Started with Skolasti: Step-by-Step Onboarding Guide

Step 1: Open Your Email Account

Once you receive the onboarding email from Skolasti in your Gmail account, navigate to your inbox and open the email. This email contains all the details you need to begin setting up your account.

Please note: Sometime email can land in your junk folder as well. Gmail is used as an example, please go to your email inbox, which may not be Gmail.

Step 2: Click the Setup LinkInside the email, you’ll find a link labeled “Click Here.” When you click this link, it will take you directly to the Skolasti application where you can start configuring your account.

Step 3: Switch to the Setup ScreenAfter clicking the link, you’ll be redirected to the setup page. Make sure you’re on the correct screen before proceeding.

Step 4: Copy Your Login CredentialsIn the email, you’ll see your Email ID and Password provided by Skolasti. Copy these credentials carefully—they’re required for your first login.

Step 5: Log In with Provided CredentialsPaste the copied Email ID and Password into the login fields on the setup page, then click Submit to access your account.

Step 6: Create Your Custom PasswordFor security, you’ll now set up your own password. Enter a strong, memorable password and click Submit to save it.

Step 7: Enter Your Academy NameNext, give your academy a name. This will appear on your dashboard and branding, so choose something that represents your institution well.

Step 8: Upload Your Primary LogoAdd your academy’s logo to personalize your platform. This will be displayed prominently across your site.

Step 9: Upload a Background ImageChoose a background image that reflects your brand or theme. This adds a professional touch to your academy’s interface.

**Step 10 & 11: Select Brand Colors (Optional)**Pick your primary and secondary brand colors to match your academy’s identity. These steps are optional, but they help create a cohesive look.

**Step 13: Set Your Custom Subdomain (Pro Plan & Above)**If you’re on the Pro plan or higher, you can create a custom subdomain (e.g., myacademy.skolasti.com). Enter your preferred name and click Next.
