Update Your Course Content in Minutes: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Go to Your Academy Login Page

Start by opening your academy’s login page in your browser. This is the entry point to your Skolasti account.

Step 2: Log In to Your Skolasti Account

Enter your registered email address and password, then click Login. Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your dashboard.

Step 3: Open the Creation Hub

From your dashboard, locate the Creation HUB in the menu and click on it. This is where all your content creation and management tools are available.

Step 4: Access the Content Library

Inside the Creation Hub, click on Content Library. This section stores all your courses and learning materials.

Step 5: Select “Courses”

In the Content Library, click on Courses to see a list of all the courses you’ve created.

Step 6: Choose the Course You Want to Edit

Scroll through your courses and select the one you want to update. For example, click on “Sample Course” to open its details.

Step 7: Edit the Course Title

If you need to rename your course, simply click on the course title field and update it.

Step 8: Update the Course Description

Review the course description and make any changes needed to better reflect your content, goals, or updates.

Step 9: Open the Curriculum Section

Click on Curriculum to manage your course structure, lessons, and topics.

Step 10: Add New Content

Here, you can add new lessons, topics, or sections to enhance and expand your course.

Step 11: Edit Existing Content

Update lesson details as needed—whether it’s refining lesson titles, descriptions, or order.

Step 12: Upload Supporting Documents

To include additional materials:

  • Click Choose File

  • Upload documents, PDFs, or other resources You can upload multiple files if required.

Step 13: Remove Unnecessary Lessons

If there are lessons you no longer need:

  1. Select the lesson

  2. Click Delete Lesson

  3. Confirm by clicking Delete

Step 14: Save Your Changes

Once all updates are done, click Save to ensure your changes are stored.

Step 15: Publish Your Course

Take a moment to review everything. When you’re happy with the updates, click Publish Course to make the changes live for your learners.
